ALA Polystabs Private Limited is a Noida, Uttar Pradesh-based manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of specialty chemicals for the PVC processing industry. Since 2000, we have developed and refined PVC stabilizer formulations for processors across pipes, cables, footwear, films, and construction applications — building a reputation on formulation accuracy, consistent batch quality, and technical responsiveness rather than on volume alone.

Every product in our range — from co-precipitate heat stabilizers to lead-free Ca-Zn systems and metallic stearates — is manufactured in-house at our own facility. We do not outsource production. This means every kilogram we supply is made under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, using high-purity raw materials sourced from certified vendors, and tested by our in-house quality team before dispatch.

We don't treat a stabilizer as just an additive line item. It's the protective backbone of your PVC compound — which is why our formulations are engineered to hold up across varying filler loadings, processing temperatures, and end-use compliance requirements, whether that compound ends up in a water pipe, a cable jacket, or a pair of shoes.

Our in-house quality control laboratory tests every batch before it leaves our Noida facility — checking pH value, effective concentration, thermal stability, moisture content, and particle size. Nothing is dispatched without a Certificate of Analysis.

Our facility operates under ISO-certified quality systems, and our Ca-Zn and organic stabilizer range is formulated to comply with REACH and RoHS requirements — already supplied to exporters serving EU, GCC, and ASEAN markets where heavy-metal stabilizer systems face increasing restriction.
